My name is Kirsty and I am a baby sleep Consultant that specializes in helping families get their babies and infants to sleep through the night. With over 15 years of experience as a child care practitioner, I have gained the knowledge and expertise to help families with their children’s day time naps and have now expanded my services to include sleep consulting. I strive to provide families with gentle, effective strategies to help their babies sleep through the night, without having to rely on the controversial “cry it out” technique. My passion is working with families to find the right outcome for both parents and children.
